| In order to obtain Club Admin Credentials, you
must be invited to become an admin user by email. If you have
pre-registered your request for club admin credentials you sould receive
an invite sometime on Monday, January 6th. If you did not pre-register for admin credentials you can request credentials in one of two ways: 1. Make a request to the club administrator at your club. If they already have their activated club credentials then they will be able to add you to the admin list following the user guide found at this link: manage club users. Club admins can add as many additional club admin accounts as they need. There is no limit to the number of club administrators. 2. If no one in your club has activated credentials, you can make a request to the Carolinas Golf Association to create one admin account for your club. This request must come from the Head Professional, Director of Golf, or the General Manager. All other requests will not be considered. You can register for club admin credentials at this link: club admins (Please note: it could take up to 48 hours for us to turn around the request for club credentials - so please be patient.) |
| Step 1 | Open the email invitation to become a Club Admin. |

Click on the "Create Password" link |

| Step 3 | Follow the instructions on the next few screens. | Choose a unique password for you new club admin
account. Please be sure to write down your user credentials and
store this information in a safe place. Your logon username will be
your email address and the password will be the new password you
just chose. You can read through and agree to the terms and conditions for use of the GHIN-2020 Club Admin Software. Agreement to the terms is mandatory in order to access the software. |
| Step 4 | You should now be in the Admin Portal program | Now, that you have gained access to the Portal
program, you can begin to familiarize yourself with the various
tools and options available to you. Please visit our QuickLinks page
for links to dozens of user guides to help you work with this
program. Please remember, this Admin Portal basically performs all of the same tasks your old GHIN admin program did. It is simply a modern take on the programming and it just looks different. In the long run you should find it easier to use and get a much quicker response than the old software. |
| Step 5 | Still need help getting started? | If you have already attended one of our WHS seminars
(either in person or online) then please reach out to us at

back to you as soon as possible with answers to your questions. If you have not previously attended a WHS or GHIN-2020 seminar, you must first do so before we can help guide you to use the new software. You can sign up for any of our online (2 hr) webinars at this site: WHS Webinars (scroll down to the section called Fall Series Webinars). We will be conducting 1-2 webinars each week for the next few weeks. |
