2024 Rules of Handicapping Updates

There will be an update to the Rules of Handicapping effective January 2024.  These updates will seem minor in comparison to the updates in 2020.  The updates will focus on three main changes: 9-hole and partial round scores, Course Ratings for short courses, and additional reports to conduct a handicap review.
